Originally opened in 2007 as Rocky Mountain Elite, ECS’s first training facility, now known as United Elite, is by far the largest, most well-known of the 4 gyms that fall under the corporations’ umbrella. From its first tryout of 45 athletes to this past year of over 150, United Elite’s philosophy has remained true, to provide state of the art of cheerleading and tumbling training. We believe that we will best serve our athletes by training them in an environment that safely promotes athleticism and skill. Our goal for each of our athletes is to provide tools that will allow them to reach their full potential through a combination of practice, repetition, and education in the sport of cheerleading.
While the past 7 years have brought many trophies, medals, banners and jackets, that has not been the sole purpose of instructors at United Elite. Our primary goal has and forever will be to teach athletes how to work together to be successful, which doesn’t always translate to winning. Although the bids to Worlds as well as the countless National Championships have solidified our ranks among the best in the industry, it’s the journey of our athletes once have left our facilities that has made us most proud. Countless college programs throughout the US have benefited from the hard work of our athletes as have summer camps as many have gone on to share their newly-gained expertise as instructors throughout the country.
These teams are designed to improve an athletes proficiency in jumping, tumbling, stunting, and dance. Along with improving physical skill development, these teams are designed to improve overall confidence, memory, and peer interaction skills. Over the course of the season team practices will consist of 3-4 practices a week and competitions start in late October and continue through mid March. Participation on one of these teams requires a commitment through one full season.

Open Gym is a great way to work on your skills! Our Open Gym product is a fully supervised class with instructors who are available to help out with your skills, as well as full access to all of our equipment – spring floor, cheer floor, rod floor, tumble tramp, and trampoline.

Know someone interested in cheerleading? Looking for an alternative to competitive cheerleading? Want to be part of a cheerleading team and are new to the sport? Have a younger sibling interested in cheerleading?
The United Elite Pre Team is designed for athletes from 5-14 years of age. United Elite’s Pre Team’s season runs for 6 months, September – February. Teams will practice once a week for an hour and a half (scheduled practices will be determined per season). These teams are great for those athletes who want to learn about cheerleading in a team environment without the full time and financial commitment of a competitive cheerleading team. All athletes will learn cheer motions, jumps, tumbling and stunts. Each team will put together a routine and will end their season with a performance at a local All Star Competition.

Exciting Changes to our Recreational Tumbling Program
United Elite offers tumbling classes for all ages and skill levels. Sessions will run approximately 12 weeks. All athletes will be evaluated at the beginning and end of each session and a personal achievement report will be given upon the review of the skills. Recreational tumbling classes will be held on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
We offer classes for all ages and skill levels. A detailed description of expectations and of each class offered can be found below.
SUMMER SESSION- May 3rd – July 29th

For one class a week: $175/for entire session
For two classes a week: $285/for entire session

Recreational Tumbling Classes
Class Schedule: 15 minutes of running, warm up, and stretching. 15 minutes of fundamentals and warm up skills. 15 minutes of working on new skills. 15 minutes of open skills work.
There will be one coach with no more than 8 athletes
Wednesday’s* and Saturday’s 9:00am-10:00am

For athletes 18 months to 3 years old. Participants and a parent will work through tumbling skills, body awareness, counting, colors, and the alphabet as they play. As the class continues, participants will learn to do the drills themselves and bond with each other.
Introductory Tumbling Class
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 6:30-7:30pm
For athletes who are at the beginning of their tumbling career. There are no pre-requisites for this class.
In this class, athletes will work on skills including forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs.
Beginning Tumbling Class
Tuesday’s 6:30-7:30pm – Thursday’s* 6:30-7:30pm

For athletes who have some experience with tumbling and have mastered the following skills: forward roll, backward roll, backward roll to push up, handstand, handstand forward roll, cartwheel and round off.
In this class, athletes will work on skills including standing back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, standing back handspring series, round-off back handspring series, and toe touch back handsprings.
Intermediate Tumbling Class
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s* 7:30pm-8:30pm
*new class time this session
For athletes who will be building on the following mastered skills: Standing back handspring, round-off back handspring, standing back handspring series, round-off back handspring series, toe touch back handspring, and back handspring step out.
In this class, athletes will work on skills including round-off tuck, round-off back handspring back tuck, front handsprings and punch fronts.
Advanced Tumbling Class
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 7:30pm-8:30pm
For athletes that who will be building on the following mastered skills: Round-off tuck, punch front forward roll, punch front, round-off back handspring tuck, and front handspring.
In this class, athletes will be working on skills including standing tucks, standing back handspring tucks, layouts, punch front step outs, standing back handspring series to tuck/layout, and jumps to back handspring tucks/standing tuck.
Elite Tumbling Class
For athletes who will be building on the following mastered skills: Standing tuck, standing back handspring tuck, toe touch back handspring tuck, toe touch tuck, cartwheel tuck, round-off layout, round-off back handspring layout, punch front step out, standing back handspring series to tuck, standing back handspring series to layout, and multiple jumps to tuck.
In this class, athletes will be working on skills including fulls, doubles, Arabians, and various elite alternate tumbling skills.
Beginning Cheer Class
For athletes who are looking for an introduction to cheerleading. Athletes will be working on basic motions and stunting.

June & July Drop In Classes
Just a Back Handspring Drop in Class
This workshop is suggested for athletes who have some experience tumbling. This workshop helps athletes master their standing back handspring as well as their round-off back handspring. This workshop is suggested for participants who can demonstrate a mastery of the basic skills of tumbling, as well as, an unassisted back walk-over.
Just a Tuck Drop in Class
This workshop is suggested for athletes who have some experience tumbling. This workshop helps athletes master their standing back tuck, round-off back tuck and round off back handspring tuck. This workshop is suggested for participants who can demonstrate a mastery of the basic skills of tumbling, such as a standing back handspring.
