In accordance with PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER 20-28 SAFER AT HOME transitioning from a stay at home model to a Safer at Home model. Under public health order 20-28 subsection 1.H – starting on May 8th, United Elite is going to begin offering personal training for groups of up to 4 athletes. That public health order subsection states:
“Individuals may participate in local and personal recreation in outside public spaces, as an authorized Necessary Activity, in groups no larger than 10 and practicing social distancing maintaining 6 feet between participants. Travel for recreational purposes should be limited to your own community like your county of residence or traveling no more than about 10 miles. Playgrounds and playground equipment remain closed. Personal training and classes in any setting are limited to all members of a single household or a mixed group of 4 or fewer individuals complying with Social Distancing Requirements; except for members of a single household, sharing equipment is prohibited.”
In accordance with PUBLIC HEALTH ORDER 20-28 SAFER AT HOME we will be instituting the following measures, effective May 8th and until further notice. We will maintain 6 foot separation between employees and discourage shared spaces. We will implement mandatory cleaning and disinfection protocols for all high touch areas. We will ensure proper ventilation. We will keep the waiting area census under 10 people. We will implement symptom monitoring protocols (including workplace temperature monitoring),conduct daily temperature checks and monitor symptoms in employees. We will require employees to stay home when showing any symptoms or signs of sickness. We will encourage and enable remote work whenever possible. We will encourage breaks to wash hands or use hand sanitizer. We will provide appropriate protective gloves and masks for employees while personal training.
In addition, we will encourage 6 foot distancing inside of the business for all patrons. We will encourage customer use of protection like gloves and face coverings. We will provide hand sanitizer at the entrance. We will use contactless payment solutions, no touch trash cans, etc. whenever possible.
Social Distancing Requirements. To reduce the risk of disease transmission, individuals shall maintain at least a six-foot distance from other individuals, wash hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds as frequently as possible or using hand sanitizer, cover coughs or sneezes (into the sleeve or elbow, not hands), regularly clean high-touch surfaces, and not shake hands.
Stay at Home means to stay in your place of residence, which includes hotels, motels, and shared rental facilities, and not leave unless necessary to provide, support, perform, or operate Necessary Activities, Minimum Basic Operations, Critical Government Functions, and Critical Businesses.
“Vulnerable Individual” means:
Individuals who are 65 years and older;
Individuals with chronic lung disease or moderate to severe asthma;
Individuals who have serious heart conditions;
Individuals who are immunocompromised;
Pregnant women; and
Individuals determined to be high risk by a licensed healthcare provider.
Public Health Order 20-28 Safer at Home will be in effect at 6:00 a.m. on Monday April 27, 2020 and will continue to be in effect until 11:59 p.m. on May 26, 2020, unless extended, rescinded, superseded, or amended in writing.

While we are still getting the gym back up to speed – we will continue to offer the United Elite Online Training series. These special events will be conducted via Zoom for $3 each.
