We are honored to announce Kirsten as this weeks Cheerleader of the Week. Kirsten is a member of The Poudre High School’s Cheer Squad. Kirsten is a senior that loves to lead by example in class and is quick to apply coaching instructions.  Her positive attitude makes instructing her a joy in class. Kirsten, thank you for your hard work and positive attitude in the gym!

“1 Year”

What do you like to do with your free time when you are not cheering?

“When I’m not cheering I love to hang out with my friends.  Whether we’re snowboarding, swimming, or just talking, they always brighten my day”

What is your favorite part about being at NorCo Elite?

“I love that I have the opportunity to improve my tumbling skills with the guidance of experienced coaches!  It’s made me a better tumbler and athlete”

What is your favorite part of a cheerleading routine and why?

“Stunting, after flying or basing a successful stunt, I feel so accomplished “

What is your favorite tumbling skill?

“I recently go my cartwheel tuck, and now can’t stop doing them.  By far my favorite”

What do you want to be when you grow up?

“I want to be a journalist.  I’d love to reveal the world, write, and work with photographers”
