Shoulder Taps


How To: In order to do this exercise you must be able to hold a handstand on your own or you will need a partner to help hold your legs.  Starting in a handstand transfer your weight to the left arm, as you transfer weight to the left arm lift your right hand off the ground an tap your shoulder with your fingers and immediately place your hand back to the ground.  Once your hand reaches the ground transfer weight to your right hand and lift the left hand tapping your shoulder, repeating the same motion as before.  Try and see how many you can do in a row.
