Air Squat

Air Squat

How To: Start with legs shoulder width apart, back straight, weight in your heels and head in the neutral position.  As you begin the squat allow your hips to drive back, keep your knees behind your toes, back straight and weight in your heels.  After your hips drop below parallel reverse the motion back to your standing position making sure to focus on everything you did on the way down.  Please see image at the top for reference.
