Arch or Superman Up

Arch Up

How To: Start lying flat on your stomach with your arms about your head and toes pointed.  Simultaneously lift your upper and lower body off the ground.  Continue to lift until you feel an strong contraction of the muscle in your shoulders, upper back, lower back, gluteus, and hamstrings.  Once you have reached to top of your arch up slowly lower back to the ground a repeat.
